Necessary documents for the elaboration of the evaluation report

Real estate properties evaluation:

• Property documents
• Cadastral documentation
• Excerpt from the Land Registry
• Proof of registration at the Land Registry Office
• Fisa corpului de proprietate
• Building specifications report
• Authorization of construction
• Certificate of registration with the Trade Registry.
• Identity card of the legal assignee or of the owner
• The list of the real estate properties (that are the object of evaluation)
• Identification data of the person who benefits of the evaluation report

The papers will be copies of the original documents.
